CNJE is the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises, an association law 1901 federating French Junior Enterprises. It sets ethical and quality standards that govern the work of our team.
By organizing regular conferences, CNJE allows project managers to receive training adapted to the specific problems of their clients. These events are also an opportunity for them to share their experiences with students from other schools and universities.
Each year, CNJE audits all its structures to ensure that they comply with the criteria of quality and ethics of the movement. Accounting, as the administrative monitoring of customers, or the essential educational contribution for each study or project are elements checked in detail.
When a structure does not meet these commitments, it is demoted to the rank of Junior-Initiative and, if it persists, it is removed from the movement and therefore no longer has the right to use the trademarks of CNJE (Junior-enterprise, Junior Initiative…). Beyond a simple logic control, CNJE is clearly oriented to promote the establishment of a management system for efficient quality within its structures, both to optimize their internal organization and guarantee their customers full satisfaction.
